Music arrangement by MixMaster Mike, (aka. Mike Block). During the 90-minutes you have a chance to work on your strength, flexibility and definitely lots of sweat.  Show up early, this class is busy! </strong></p>

(Fourth Stage, 53 Elgin St. Ottawa (Elgin at Queen))</p>
<p>Guests at <strong><em>Voices: Musicians for Mental Illness</em></strong> will have the privilege of joining four of Ottawa&#8217;s finest musical artists and M.C. Alan Neal of CBC Radio One 91.5 FM in the movement to de-stigmatize mental illness.</p>
<p>This benefit concert will feature singer- songwriters Amanda Rheaume, Ana Miura, Peter Hammond and Lynne Hanson as they lend their voices and personal stories to a cause that is too often hidden in the shadows.</p>

<p>Classes are donations-based with proceeds going to support the<strong>Women&#8217;s Mental Health Program</strong> at the <strong>Royal Ottawa</strong>. The program focuses on understanding and improving how women experience treatments for mental illness and integrating the female perspective into clinical care throughout The Royal and the region. The program also focuses on providing education to promote early detection of mental illness, guidance in seeking care, accessible resources, coping skills, etc and educating caregivers, the community and women everywhere about the unique ways in which mental illness affects women and their families.</p>

<p>Herbal tea will be available before, between and after classes. Please bring your own tea thermos or glass. </p>
<p><strong>GENTLE HATHA YOGA 1:30-2:45pm </strong></p>
<p>-  Whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced yogi or yogini, this class is suitable for you!<br />
-  You will be guided through this form of yoga that uses calming breathing (pranayama) and a series of postures (asanas), beginning and ending with a mindful meditation<br />
-  Balance your mind, body and soul and increase flexibility and strength (both on the mat and in your everyday lives)<br />
-  You will leave the class feeling calm and grounded throughout the day</p>
